Minnesota United FC is thrilled to announce the Minnesota United Soccer Celebration, a 10-day fan-zone experience set to take place in downtown Minneapolis. This event aims to be the premier soccer destination for fans across Minnesota during the FIFA World Cup 2026. MNUFC's Chief Executive Officer, Shari Ballard, expressed pride in showcasing the best elements of the state, emphasizing the unifying power of soccer. The celebration will be located adjacent to Brit’s Pub at Peavey Plaza, providing a vibrant atmosphere with local food vendors, live DJs, and activities for fans of all ages. From June 11-27, attendees can enjoy live viewings of select World Cup matches on an outdoor jumbo screen. Brit's Pub General Manager, Shane Higgins, highlighted the pub's long-standing connection to soccer in Minneapolis and the excitement surrounding the tournament. Minnesota United FC is partnering with Centro Tyrone Guzman to create an inclusive environment for all fans, reflecting the diverse cultures of Minnesota.
